Dubuit ink 8500/100 series
High gloss epoxy resin ink bicomponent
8500 series apply to glass, metal PP / PE, such as printing of
plastic, with gloss good, strong adhesion, surface hardness,
chemical resistance and good performance characteristics.
8292B curing agent under normal circumstances to meet the
requirements of most customers. For special needs, please refer to
table curing agents choose another option curing agent.
Prepared to deal with printing ink, please note the following:
1, reference is made to "choose as curing agent table," choose a
suitable curing agent;
2, thinner in the amount of 10-30 percent, according to the
specific amount of the actual printing conditions. Ink thinner
divided into two kinds of standards and slow stem, in accordance
with the actual need to select a suitable diluent. Select 8598
curing agent mixture directly after printing; if 3, optional 8599
curing agent, please static mixed after about 30 minutes to make
ink and curing agents have sufficient time to respond, thereby
enhancing the resistance of the layers of ink.
4, add the curing agent, the ink used to shorten the time, please
refer to the specific situation in the table below the data
provided.
The ink must be diluted with curing agents used in the curing agent
after the start and ink add a response, the use of ink in the
process of maintaining a relatively low viscosity. The viscosity of
the ink used in the course of the whole gradually increased, the
need to add appropriate amount of hardening agent, so that better
maintain the printing ink viscosity.

With the letterhead of the appropriate curing agent, 8500 series
ink can be applied to a wide variety of printing more of:
processing PP / PE, nylon (PA) of metal (stainless steel, aluminum,
metallic paint, etc.), glass, pieces of plastic (Polopas,
Pakelite), dealing with the PP sheet, as well as "formica"
materials.
Printing recommendations mesh :40-120 T (based on the actual
conditions of the application choose the right mesh)
Ink completely cured in 8500, the following material has excellent
resistance: detergents, alcohol, perfume and solvents. Before the
use of bulk pre-printing.
Note: metal color printing, recommended 77-90 T mesh. In the glass
and aluminum, if the water resistance of the special requirements,
and the option of 8598/8599 curing agent.
Poor mobility: If a bubble ink, orange peel, and other phenomena,
can add 1-2% SH0032 flow to improve the level of ink.
Metal: Before printing on metal surfaces to conduct a thorough skim
moving sewage treatment, this can greatly enhance the ink on the
adhesion of these substrate.
